People with a purpose such as a job or church or taking care of grandkids or the home of family members tend to live longer and people who are generally positive and socially active tend to live longer. It is important to bring all these elements into your lifestyle if you want to live a longer life. Relying on only one is taking the easy way out; taking all the known steps however is sure to have the most dramatic effect on your own personal life expectancy.
