Nice Celebrity Hairstyles

Fashion conscious men and women look up to celebrities for the latest trends in dressing and hairstyles. It is no wonder that some will embrace unconventional hairstyles like Mohawk once spotted on footballer David Beckham, while others will trim their long hair for a hair cut just to ape a specific celebrity. But why do celebrity hairstyles attract so much attention from the public and especially women? Well, maybe it is because the hairstyles look so nicely layered and perfect.

Just like the rest of us, celebrities have normal hair. However, due to the professional help that they receive in managing their hair, the hairstyles always seem perfect when they appear in public. Consider a hairstyle like the one maintained by Eva Mendes. Not only does the hairstyle bring out her hair’s texture, but the long layers on her hair are evident in most of her celebrity photos. Though the hair is only medium in height, the caramel-color highlights she puts on no doubt adds dimension and accentuates the hair layers thus attaining that ‘perfect’ look that most women crave for.

Rihanna is another popular songstress who exudes confidence and power with her one-of-a-kind celebrity hairstyles. She is among the few celebrity figures who have worn their short hair with remarkable difference and confidence much to the admiration of women across the world. On the other hand, women with straight hair and round faces have Cameron Diaz to look up to. Often times, Diaz wears her hair in side bangs separated by a simple cut on the middle of the front head. Blonde highlights serve to compliment her skin color making her look much younger. The layers on her hair further help to add some volume on her fine hair.

Bob-cut hairstyle enthusiasts have Katie Holmes to ape. Among the most unique celebrity hairstyles, Holmes’ could be rated among the top ten due to its unique looks. Expert opinion-makers suggest that the layered bob-cut can be maintained on curly as well as straight hair. More to this, it can be worn on almost all hair textures and face shapes.

For young, free spirited girls, Lauren Conrad is the person to look up to for some celebrity hairstyles inspiration. Since her hair is cut to a one-length style that runs slightly below her shoulders, styling it is easily done using a curling iron to attain curls, or a flat iron to attain the perfect straight look. This simplicity in styling makes this hairstyle very appealing to the young socialite women across America.

Older women who don’t like sitting down for long, time-consuming hairstyling episodes also have an icon figure in the celebrity circles too. Maggie Gyllenhaal is among few women celebrities who have confessed to disliking styling their hairs. Gyllenhaal’s is among the women celebrity hairstyles that are natural. Thankfully, her natural hair is thick and has a wavy texture, which makes it pretty easy to brush and style without much assistance from hair stylists. This explains her short, thick and pretty bob.

What Causes Breast Pains?

Lots of women experience tenderness of the breasts, a kind of pain that appears to come up for no reason, and refuses to go away. Sometimes it seems to tie in with a woman’s periods, and sometimes it can just come up for no apparent reason. Of all the kinds of mastalgia or breast pains there are, the cyclic kind that comes up with a woman’s periods are the most common. Women describe the pain involved as the kind of weight or soreness that starts at the nipple and radiates all the way to the shoulders and the arms. Usually, women know exactly when it will go away – at the end of the period. The fact that it just disappears when a woman enters menopause, shows how closely aligned with hormonal bodily changes during her period the pain can be.

With breast pains seem to come and go for no reason, things get much more difficult. Usually, it only appears in one breast, and the pain is a different kind – women describe it as a kind of burning and just on one part of the breast. Of course, sometimes it can occur for some pretty serious reasons; but those serious kinds notwithstanding, pain can appear for no known reason. Sometimes, there can be steroidal medicines whose side effects include breast pains too.

The reason most women worry so much about their breast pains is that the mind quickly jumps from a painful sensation to make a connection with the possibility of breast cancer. They do need to realize that pain is not a symptom of breast cancer. If it were, more women would simply pay attention at the right time and get help. It would be good thing if a painful breast were associated with cancer, actually.

Most often, a woman can help her condition by taking a few over-the-counter drugs like aspirin, NSAIDS like Advil or just simple Tylenol. Taking aspirin before you are 20 however, is really not advisable, as it puts you at risk of getting the Reye Syndrome. If a painful breast doesn’t seem to be amenable to these over-the-counter measures, you may need to ask your doctor for prescription drugs. There are indeed plenty of them – Danazol and Tamoxifen being prominent among them. But you’d be best off not going this way because these come with some stiff side effects. Sometimes, taking oral contraceptive pills can help with all kinds of breast pains too; and going on a low-fat diet can help at times.  There is one thing you should be happy to know though – they’ve categorically excluded caffeine as a possible cause of breast pains.
